Preorders, Pot return and Plant Returns

Preorders

We accept orders of 10 plants or more for existing customers and 20 plants or more from new customers. Orders can be picked up at 3037 Woodland Ave, KCMO 64110. At this time, we will no longer bring preorders to offsite sales.

Pot Return Program

At this time, we are accepting all square pots. We cannot accept plastic trays, round pots, or pots that are connected to each other. We ask that you please only bring pots that are unbroken. We will happily accept cardboard trays, or flats. If you would like to drop pots off on days we are closed, fee free to call us so we can make sure we promptly pick them up.

Plant Return Policy

We offer returns up to 2 days after the plants are received as long as they are in the same condition and container in which they were received. City Roots staff will determine the condition of the plants before a full return will be given.
